anyone know what the fuck is wrong with oc3networks.com? does anybody use them? i ordered a server like 11 days ago, they have replied once to my ticket, havnt replied to my email and my server is not up. is this a dodgy company stealing money or what?

I been hosted with them for over a year now, I am really happy with them, did you try calling them? I usally get an answer to a ticket quickly.

They arent into stealing anyones money, lots of people host with them.

not me first choice in hosting companies...go wit da webair.com crew or natnet guys they both knows how to handle your seervers propper 11 days waitin for a server? I coulda had 22 hookers and turkey day at me grandma house in dat time wit extra gravy

I tried contacting them before too, of the hosts I contacted only a few responded. OC3 never got back to me after emailing and calling thier #.

So we we went with Mojohost. Immediate response and the best price for our needs.

you ordered a server online AND NEVER PAID!!! it's only logical that we will not install the server unless you pay for it.

you were told that over the phone and in the replied tickets and only after 11 days you sent the epassporte that was required.

now that the payment was cleared we are working on getting your services up and running, and according to the Q this will happen in the morning.

You mean that OC3 isn't giving out free servers on top of great service. My image is shattered.

I recently leased an additional server from OC3, and they rock. And NO, this is not some paid endorsement! Just speaking from my experience.
