WP gurus: related post plugin problem

hey guys.. i was trying to run on my network of blogs again.
since i have had installed different wp versions with almost the same plugins for each sites. im having a problem with this plugin. http://wasabi.pbwiki.com/Related%20Entries anyone tried this plugin in their wordpress version 2.1x? im having problem when trying to setup this plugin in some of my blogs that has version 2.1x damn i dunno whats the problem since i just installed and and run it in one of the blog but it has different wp version to other sites thats having problem with the plugin..

I'm not sure what is causing your problem, but you might want to update to version 2.2 because there was something about the wordpress server being hacked or something and the hacker inserted some code into the 2.1 version, so now wordpress has told everyone to update to version 2.2.

thanks aussie rebel. yeah was thinking of that as well.. damn i hate upgrading WP lol.. anyways, my old sites tsill have old version that i haven't updated. they still working fine though.

have you tried upgrading 1.5x to the latest version?

I did have this problem today.
This is how I solved it.

Open the script-file and change:

if ($user_level < 8)

to

if ($user_level == 8)

Click on "run script".

Open the script-file and change it back.

it is a one click upgrade plugin for wordpress...it takes about 10 minutes to setup, but WELL worth it...it upgrades your blogs in one click
