if this is the site that has this pathetic conversion ratio i can only comment on the obvious.

this type of site appeals to immature idiots who probably have neither the ability to buy anything online, nor gainful employment.

if you want to actually sell content online you must deliver content that will appeal to someone who might have a job, and is probably reliable enough to pay his credit card bill. this person probably has a mailing address even.

the sort of person that is interested in this sort of content probably is not the sort of person who can buy ANYTHING online---but he is the sort of person that spends hours each day downloading mp3s and warez and playing with stolen passwords, etc etc. he might have the sensibility of a 15-year-old. if he does buy a membership it will usually be eventually charged back for fraud.

webmasters need to understand that the type of people who are interested in content which depicts the abuse or exploitation of people (i.e. drunk girls taken advantage of) may not be the most reliable or credit-worthy---usually nice people pay their bills and have credit cards, nice people are usually not interested in drunk girls being taken advantage of, and the people that are interested in that sort of content aren't qualified to buy it online. this is a very basic concept, and a truism all over the world.

responsible people usually have a more mature outlook---and have a more sophisticated idea about erotica, they can buy it online, and they don't try to figure out how to immediately charge back their purchase after they shoot their load(s).
