It's a third party processing company - we recently started using them.
Are you a Topbucks affiliate?
I haven't seen how they issue the cheques, but I'm assuming your REVID should be on it.

Yep... Topbucks is the one.

Now that I look at it, I do see my affiliate id buried in with a bunch of other numbers. It would be hard to figure out who it was from without knowing what to look for, It doesn't say topbucks anywhere.
