I've been with Epoch nearly 6 years now. I was wondering, does Epoch ever return the holding fee? I've never seen any of that money, just wondering if they keep it forever for themselves! Thanks

They did away with rolling holdings and just keep a certain amount based on your averages if I remember correctly. So no you don't get it back, but on the other hand they don't take anymore either. I could be wrong... I'm sleepy.

Reserves are no longer taken on accounts for credit card transactions. Some older accounts still retain a balance due to their processing agreement and volume, but no additional reserve fees are taken.

And for the record..... we don't keep reserves.

Your processing agreement tells you how funds are returned and we've already returned reserve funds to many clients.
