Need dedicated hosting

Can anyone hook me up with cheap dedicated hosting?

I need it to host a DNS / Web / Email server

Really only about 200 hits a day, not much. Its mainly personal sites and some google adword campaigns.

Im looking for something cheap, so older hardware is ok (1ghz/512mb ram). It doesn't need to be on a super high speed line. As long as it can get close to or around 100kb/sec on uploads.

Need it unmanaged, remote reboot would be great. I also need Windows 2003 (prefer server edition not web edition)

Maybe 100-200 gigs a transfer a month max

Anyone do this?
