Room layout software?

Can anyone recommend software that lets you draw out rooms in a house to scale, then add textures and color, etc, so you can plan redesigns and shit like that?

Not full CAD software - something more point and click

This looks like a winner!

I tried an editor that works half online.. it was fair but super slow.. lots of visualization bugs. Gonna get a refund and buy this one.
