Not cool to steal from a designer's portfolio. I used that bg only twice, the first time almost tottally different to that and in a mainstream site in spanish. and then in my own portfolio. Made it almost 2 years ago, and as hard as I try, I can't find where the fuck do I say in my site that my work is free for the taking.

Funny thing is a couple months ago a paysite I did was put on hold because of the amazing bg I did, which Paycom or CCBill couldn't believe it wasn't copyrighted (by anothere designer? duh) and I had each and every layer for it, I put my work online and everyone thinks I'm working free for them.

And SDesign, you're not the first one, not even the first one in the last 10 days I catch. But I'm tired of keeping my mouth shut, this has gone too far. If you're a real designer, change that bg now. And next time learn to do you own unless you use FREE FOR USE material. Mine is not.

Hate to dissapoint you but right now I'm looking at your portfolio for the first time in my life, and I haven't managed to find the site with that background. I've added you to ICQ, perhaps you can show me. BTW your portfolio is.. wierd (navigation).

Like I said, that background was included in some .rar texture pack I downloaded God knows where and God knows when, sorry to hear someone puts your stuff in packages like that, but you really can't blame me for that.
