Python/Dollarmachine and Statsremote issue - update

As some of you may know the Python.com and Dollarmachine affiliate programs have been having an issue with Statsremote for the past week or so.

We have temporarily had to suspend Statsremote access to our backend in order to ensure that our sites operate at 100%.

We want to let everyone know that right now everything is working fine with all of our sites and we should have our Statsremote support back next week.

In the meantime, stats for the Python.com program can be vewied by logging into your account at www.python.com. Dollarmachine stats can be viewed by logging in at at www.dollarmachine.com.

I want to stress that our temporary suspension of statsremote access does not mean that there is any issue with our sites. It is necessary to continue to not allow access to our stats via statsremote until we have fully resolved the issue.

JB from statsremote has been enormously helpful in finding a workable solution to this issue. The recent migration of all our sites to ultraDNS and our proprietary backend system was the cause of the problem. Our technical team is working hard to have everything back to normal next week as stated above.

Thank you to Statsremote for working so hard with us to resolve the issue and thank you to our webmasters who have shown understanding as we work through this.

Maybe I should mention that a few more programs are affected by this: Cash Quest, Faster Bucks, HPIC, Python Media and Python Pays.

As soon as the issues are resolved, we will immediately enable all programs again. This should happen sometime next week. You can still click on the accounts in StatsRemote to get automatically logged into the online stats in Internet Explorer but StatsRemote won't check and display the stats for now.

I would like to announce that we have resolved this issue - and we have full support for StatsRemote on both the Python.com and Dollarmachine programs.

Thanks you to all our webmasters for remaining patient, this was more complicated and took more time than we anticipated.

There were still/again some problems and StatsRemote was blocked again. We made some changes on our end as well and I just heard today that they plan to unblock us again in a few days. I hope that there won't be any more issues then and that this was the last block...
