[Suggestions Please] Zero Conversions

Hi would need some tips or help/suggestions/improvements i didn´t thought of myself.

I started my site www.teenchubbys.com a month ago or so.

- Bought targeted traffic
- weekly updates
- submitted TGP´s
- Set up a feeder blog
- bought hardlinks

---> No Success.

For those who got experience in running your own sites: what did i miss , what´s the problem with the site ?

Any suggestion that could help me is welcome

I'm no pro, but those girls don't appear fat enough to satisfy a guy who likes thick girls. Also, the photos appear to be distorted. Did you crop the photos first, then put them up or take a regular sized photo and try to put it into a smaller or larger window?

Sorry for the confusion, the redirect is intentional both domains (www.not-skinny.com , www.teenchubbys.com) are mine and i use both to link to the site, do you think that will confuse a surfer?

That niche is really rough to sell somehow. And your not fitting the bbw needs 100%.Many surfers wont even realise that those girls are "special". How much traffic your pulling to it? Alexa shows nothing for your site.

Well could be a few things.

- No trailers (surfers will think it's a pic site only)
- pretty expensive for a site that only shows 7 (pic sets) on the tour.
- The Domain name suggests chubby's plumpers or in some minds even BBW's and the girls on your tour are not even close to any of that.

I also notice that in your "google" gif you make fun of the real BBW's.. a pic of 3 or 4 BBW's and then a pic of a mad guy. BIG mistake for BBW lovers. you are contradicting the site.

If by targeted traffic you mean 1st page SERP listings for "chubby teens" (or backlinks from those holding position in those serps) then you are on the right path... but that must not be the case, because you would not be here asking for help.

I am NOT attrating the BBW niche / trageting these BBW niche.

As i tried to "show" in the animation i am just trying to establish a new definition of "chubby teens" in the meaning of:

- NOT skinny , with fake tits, small butt etc
BUT

- NOT fat either, not bbw.


In fact there is no exact niche specification because all sponsors sites have turned the chubby/plumper - niche into BBW.

In my times as a surfer ( ) i searched for these girls everywhere , just teens with soem curves, maybe a bit overweighted but all i found were bbw sites with 30+ Girls all over 300 lbs and big butt sites (<-- which i liked the most then) but there wasn´t a site dedicated to the space between "skinny" and "bbw"

and thats the space/niche not-skinny.com should fill.--> Chubby teens (dictionary , chubby-> a BIT overweighted, with curves )

Search term should be "Chubby teens" (all hardlinks/blogentries/etc are focused on that term)

I think I know what you are trying to do. However there are programs out there that have that niche and I happen to know that Fatpays does really well with this one. http://www.youngfatties.com/main.html and they have a traditional tour on it even.

So I am not sure what you would be doing wrong then.

but i have also noticed they are also focusing on bbw traffic or lat least searches for Fat teens , so not exactly my definition but you´re right it is close to it

Goddammit i hate google sometimes....

how can it be that a site like http://www.fatbuthorny.com with no real text content can be page 1 on search results for chubby teens

and my adwords campaign for www.not-skinny.com was declined of because "site is dedicated to teen sex"

any ideas/ offers to bring me some google visitors?

many small issues here conspire to get zero sales, almost everything is wrong.

1. cookie cutter style "too slick" style template (go amateur or edgy, surfer has already seem this design 10,000 times)
2. pix are too slick, not on niche, not original, bland, and not erotic, remember this is boner time, not national geographic, the surfer with a hard dick has just come away from hard core galleries---nothing hot enough or interesting enough here to pull out CC.
3. kill animated gif showing tension and off-niche images, makes dick go soft.
4. go with most commonly used e-commerce, surfers are most comfortable using e-commerce they are most familiar with (i.e. ccbill)
5. unless you have original content and video price is too high. remember content is KING and is 1000 percent more important than design for the surfer. 85% of your clients are looking for masturbatory release, design means nothing to the dick, only content.

Chubby is an OK niche. But you need targeted traffic to feed it. And good fresh content to keep 'em cumming back.
