It's not exactly what you guys are talking about but it's fun. The best site to use this script at is the one with many thumbs listed (like a TGP). Go the site, insert the script in the address line and click on "Go" button.

http://typetester.maratz.com/ - this is handy for choosing/comparing fonts, sizes, colors and background colors when doing layouts/design * for some reason it's not displaying in IE7 for me, but works in firefox.

http://www.xtort.net/scripts/scripts.php - this page has a large listing of online tools and generators for things like CSS layouts, flash, images, all kinds of stuff..some is just for fun, but quite a few webmaster tools here.

http://www.htmlbasix.com/disablehotlinking.shtml - will generate .htaccess code for you..its basic but will do the job for your average sites and you can always add code to it as/if you need.

So I did a search for "ASIAN" and I saw "PRE TEEN ASIAN" at the bottom.

Knowing it was not pics, I was curious if it was a common searched term or where it would lead, so I gritted my teeth and clicked it.

This is what I found... note the paying sponsor for "PRE TEEN ASIAN." Doh!!!

Not good.




And shame on Google for selling that term.

As pointed out, most likely due to neglecting to limit terms to specific phrases vs. broad matches. But many sites that offer AdSense-like services suffer the same problem. Try using DomainTools when searching for adult domains, check the sponsored domains up for bid on the right... eventually you'll see the same thing.

they already are cracking down.. google contacted me just after christmas but i didnt respond in time ( 3 days ) so they pulled the ads from that domain.. They didnt cancel me or anything as i wasnt abusing it , just using images as cues like the article suggests, they just said google ads will no longer display on that domain.. if it happens again they could cancel it.

well as mentioned thats prob just a "broad" term match for asian that just got lumped in.. it is strange gogle wouldnt filter the word out for people though.. one shouldnt have to disclude the word "preteen" from adwords , it should just be a "give in"

If you go to google keyword suggestion tool they advise people to use "preteen" as a term to buy, it would be very easy to remove this
