I got my sites done and they are currently under review by compliance department and they told me i need some actual join form integrated in my join site but since programming/HTML is not what i am good at i would need some help with that.-
Who can provide me with a Join Form (buttons , dropdownlist ...) for my Joinpage that i just have to adjust with my link codes and prices?
