Yea it does a good job to stop pain for the time being.. Percoset is awsome too ;] Nothing like some good old Oxycodone

Hydrocodone will have you pumped up getting 10 X the amount of work done you usually would .. Now percocet i.e. oxycodone or oxycontin will have you dragging a bit ... At least that's how it is for most people ..

Enjoy it while it lasts, your tolerance will build quicker than anything else in your life... Trust me

I too was giving hydro for oral surgury. I refilled 2 times and then ordered 100 off the net. I was taking 3 every 3 hours. Be careful with that shit bro, its addicting, im clean 2 weeks now ;)

ZING!! Ya, I got percocet when they tookout my wisdom teeth. There's nothing like sucking back a few percs and smoking a fat joint. You gain a quick tolerance though, and they are pretty addictive. So don't let yourself get used to abusing them, especially on a regular basis.
