Phatservers?

They have the absolute best email support I have ever encountered. I never actually called them, didn't have to. I'm NOT affiliated with them, I just use and love them.

i just finished my first month with them, and i must say, im very satisfied, no down time, any problem i had, fixed imediately, email support is fast, sly is very helpfull, so is moose, the funny part is, currently i am only on the 19.95 plan, so im nothing compared to alot of people, but they still treat me the same, which is awesome... i'll be with these guys for a loooooooong time.

Been with them for about 4 years now...I don't do nearly as much business as I used to...most of my stuff is just parked on their servers now not doing anything...but when my liveliehood depended upon them and their service I can't say I trusted anyone more.

yup my free sites and Silent Bucks have all been hosted with phatservers for 3+ years and I LOVE their support! THey go over the top on what they will do for you when you ask for help

You cannot go wrong with Phatservers. To give you an idea of how good their support is: It is 4:00 in the morning and I needed them to add a domain to my server. I emailed them expecting it to happen latter that day. At 4:05 it was done. The best 24/7 support you can find.

I'll add my 2 cents and agree with the crowd here. I've used Phatservers for years and continue to be impressed by their professionalism and level of service, even for the smallest, "noobiest" questions I have for their support people.

Wow! Thanks for those replies. I've been with the same hosting company for 8 years and it's time to move on. I guess I'll be giving them another call today or tomorrow.
