xbox 360 problems?

hi all i got an xbox 360 from crimbo and i had it running for about 2 hours and it seems to freeze alot it feels quite hot too?

Could it be overheating?

Also is there anyway to download "back up copies" games to the hd or do i need a chip

hmm make sure there is space around hte back and side for it and its not pressed up against a wall or something

ive had mine since about a month or so after they were released and its worked great for me

Take it back and exchange it just to be safe.

Mine finally died. (3 red rings of death) I purchased it in March so it wasn't a launch console. Luckily they are replacing it for free. Hopefully it won't take too long. Luckily I have two.

You can always get the xb360 intercooler as I did, helps out

i'm borrowing a friends 360 right now, while mine is off at my other residence, and his has mad freezeups on it. especially while using my ipod to play tunes. mine on the other hand runs smooth. i'd just take it back and replace it if i had the receipts...

I've had mine over a year with no problems..I'm sure something is wrong with it so the exchange should fix you up.
