So I shoot a model on Friday the 15th and told her I'd give her a couple images from the shoot since she didn't have any high quality photos. She emails me today saying she wants a copy of everything we shot and tries to tell me I can't use her images or video until I give her what she's (thinks) entitled to. She signed the model release that stated she has no rights to anything being shot and was of course paid.
I emailed her back and told her since she was being demanding and trying to tell me what I can and can't do with the content that she wouldn't get anything. She writes back telling me she's entitled to what we shot and if I didn't send her copies of everything she would sue me. Stupid new models, it was her first shoot by the way.
Obviously she didn't read the paperwork that she signed. I was trying to be nice by offering her some images from the shoot but she tries to pull this crap on me...
Anyone else ever had that happen to them?
