    Regarding post about CCbill

Over the past decade(approx) I have sent many emails to CCbill.
Every email was answered and every issue was resolved.

I make sure I use the correct email for the issue and I state the issue in the message subject.

Subjects like "Hi, it's me" or "My website" are not the kind of subjects I use.
I state the issue like "affiliate account 1234567 cannot login".

    That is all.
    Done.

First result at archie.org is Dec. 1998. My first account with them was created Oct. 1, 1999.

I've never had trouble getting support (as an affiliate). Even my more vague questions have been either answered immediately or have gotten directed to the right person/department.

Having said that, I have no idea what thread you're talking about, so I'll go look for it.

I meant archive.org, but I did mention that my "v" key is fucked.

                ( Calendar Years)
                1 - 1998
                2 - 1999
                3 - 2000
                4 - 2001
                5 - 2002
                6 - 2003
                7 - 2004
                8 - 2005
                9 - 2006
                10 - 2007

So in 12 more days CCbill will enter it's 10th "calendar" year.

But this would not be an issue if people knew what it meant when I enclosed the word "approx" next to the word "decade".
