best html editor for mac

for ftp i use cyberduck: it's free and much better than wsftp
(you can delte full directories at once....)

TextMate is the best editor I have ever seen, for any platform. Luckily, it was designed for OSX.

Not just for HTML, but you can use it for php, perl or any other programming language too.
