Domain registrations -- help needed

Does anyone know of any offshore registration companies who will do bulk registration deals, where I can spread domain names out over a bunch of different countries? They need to be very cheap, but I don't really care about the domain names. I just need to be able to get a bunch of domains (shitloads) for cheap..
