The green number in parentheses is the number of confirmed sign-ups, your percentage rate will depend on the numbers of confirmed sign-ups per day, the minimum being 20%

They can always confirm later on therefore increasing your % so to answer your question they are not worthless.

The green is a new thing that we've added to give you more detailed statistics. We now send out a confirmation email to people who create free accounts at cams.com. If they click the link in the email to confirm their free account, then they become a green number in your stats, as they are a real, confirmed person.
