Stats Remote CCbill question

Do I need to enter my info for EVERY ccbill program I belong to? I entered my main account (where my subs are all under) and my full sales aren't showing, just clicks.

Any ideas?

are you trying to view all the programs you are signed up too? right click on ccbill and select show breakdown

You should only have to enter the main account, that works for me.

Then can anyone tell me how to change the email address when reporting bugs? I click the link, and it leads me to a page that explains nothing to me. I even called customer service, and either no one does it, or the guy I spoke to was a jackass. Am I looking too hard for the damn field?
