Video Problem

I have mass amount of members complaing they can not view videos, even those with latest explorer and Windows Media player installed. Anyone got an idea of the problem?

Please download and view the above, anyone see the problem? Works fine on my office and home machine, vids compressed with Cleaner 5.

Hi Darren,

I checked out your source and I think I may have found the cause of your problem, I cut and pasted a couple bits of code from your page below:

value="../56k/power stretch.wmv"
src="../56k/power stretch.wmv"

Notice how there is a space between "power and stretch" that may be the cause of your problem seeing that some browsers do not recognize the space in a filename.

Try closing the gap and see what happens

The root webpath is http://www.penis-health.com/
and that is where the html is but when you call the video file you're trying to go one directory lower than the webroot path which doesnt exist to the world

/your/document/root - main website
/your/document/56.wmf is the video file you're trying to link from the .txt file
you should be linking to:
/your/document/root/56.wmf

(assuming the filenames are 56.wmf) ;)
