Xbox problem

Ok, my wife was playing xbox last night, (I know, i shouldnt let her use it) and the audio cut out. I didnt pay much attention to it, but when i got on xbox live to play ghost recon, there was no audio from the TV. I could hear the other players through earphones, but nothing from tv.

Is it possible the audio/video cable needs to be replaced? Seems like a wierd problem.

LOL i tried turning the volume up and that didnt work.

thats a common problem. either the sound cuts in and out or goes out completly. Happened to mine and had to get it replaced.

If there is no crackle the input could be totally wasted, hence replacement.
