    Anyone using Netbiiling as card processor???

    Hi all,

    Does anyone have any experience with Netbilling? Their commission is much lower than the big ones (Paycom, CCBill). Are they reliable? Does their system work properly?

    You can't compare apples to oranges and expect a proper comparison. You need to understand why CCBill/Paycom are different then Netbilling.

                pridebucks has been using Netbilling for quite a while and i have nothing but great things to say about them. i've used netbilling in past ventures as well, and when you're looking for your own merchant account, there simply isn't any other choice. rock solid company, rock solid support.

                    Netbilling has outstanding customer service and is as reliable as they come. I would recommend giving them a call and letting them know what you are looking for. If they can help you, they will.

                        CapitalBucks has been using NetBilling for a while now with awesome results. To be honest I can't figure out why any company would not employ them as a part of your billing arsenal. The gateway is easy to use, the tech support is awesome and responsive, customer support handles everything and minimizes credits and chargeback's, the whole NetBilling team is always accessible and willing to help. Sound like a sales pitch? It's not, it's what we have experienced with them. Use NetBilling make more money, its that simple.

                        Can I have my 10 bucks now Mitch? lol

                          The entire NetBilling team is top notch. Support rocks, reliability is second to none and the fees are among the best in the industy. Mitch personally assisted us with securing a merchant account when we were first starting out and our volume was so low that most banks wouldn't touch us. If you're looking for a solid gateway you can't go wrong with NetBilling!

                                      Wow what can I say about NetBilling.

                                      Lets put it this way.

                                      I started in the business in Nov of 1998 with a small amateur site They treated us very well and never once had an issue with them or their system.

                                      Today we have CamZ, Sites, PrivateCamZ, all of our other holdings and our main processor is through their gateway.

                                      Through the last nearly 8 years they have been straight away the most professional, hard working, and friendly company it has been my pleasure to work with.

                                      Their system is integrated with every major affiliate software and works extremely well. Their direct mode for custom forms and reporting tools are the best. Their call center has saved me time and money. The rates paid by having a merchant account and using Netbilling as a gateway is cheeper then anything else I have seen.

                                      Even if I did not save money with Netbilling I would still use them.

                                              NetBilling has been phenomenal for us. We have been using them for awhile and I can not say one bad thing about them. I have also never heard one bad thing about them on the boards. Everything from the support, to the staff to the admin area are awesome. Our conversions went through the roof when we started using them because we scrub our own transactions and are in full control of everything. NetBilling Rocks!!!

                                                While Netbilling always gets great reviews on here, keep in mind that these reviews are from sites and companies with very large processing volumes that can qualify to get their own merchant accounts. For smaller webmasters, Netbilling is not an option. If that is your situation, Paycom and CCBill are great options.

                                                As I remember, sites that use streaming video can not use Netbilling either.

                                                  For adult and mainstream product sales, we can help any size merchant. You are correct that merchants with lastger volume over 50k (adult) are what our banks require to obtain a merchant account. For mainstream, any volume is possible.

                                                  We also offer an vwery lucrative and inexpensvie ACH (online check) option for any size merchant both adult and mainstream and MANY merchants that do not have a high enough adult credit card processing volume use our ACH option while using one of the IPSPs for credit cards until they build up enough volume to ge ttheir own merchant account and process with us.
