Boooya, when I plug in the other databases, they will come from local schools and like local restaurants too (all in your area, where ever that may be). I wrote a script that connects the local geotarget with databases of local cities, colleges, restaurants etc. New project i'm working on for CaesarCash, my new cash program will make content sites appear completely local.

Thanks for the feedback. It's the only way I can debug since I can't be in more than one place at a time.

Spent a decent amount of time creating a cross reference script. There's nothing out there [that I know of] that does it that way.

I'm about 20 miles NE of Oklahoma City, and when I click your link the first 3 are: Houston, TX; Abilene, TX; Arlington, TX. So far the only GeoIP that has been even close is DatingGold and Fling. ;)

For starters these aren't dating sites.

ALL pornography is fake, and surfers are willing to "suspend their disbelief" to enjoy them, just like they do when they watch a mainstream movie.

The Blair Witch Project wasn't really a documentary, and wasn't filmed by students who ended up missing. Yet, that's how they marketed it, and movie goers suspended their disbelief in order to get wrapped up in the plot, and enjoy the film.

In my opinion, what Ray's doing with his sites is no different than that, and no different than the fake "bangbus" story plots or the fake "straight goes gay" homo sites out there, or any of the other "reality" style sites.

Let me know when you add Canada to your list
(nothing comes up for Toronto)
and I'll test it out on my setup.. I did switch out my IP a few times to a US
IP and it worked 100% of the time. That said I kept it to major cities.

Yes, figured that. I only had USA set up but I added a module I wrote today to make the site "american girls" when the viewer is outside the us and to have the girls come from different states insteads of different towns within the state etc.

Still tweaking but it seems to be working 90% at this point , pretty good. And fast considering i'm cross referencing more than one database.

First off, If you know anything about coding, you'de know you would not be able to tell what language I'm even using never mind if it looks "Familiar" to some other code based on what you see here.

Incidentally, familiar and same are two different things, there are only so many ways to accomplish certain things, so of course any geo-targeting on a page will look similar to somone's code out there. But that's ok. alot of people thinking they have unique shit when they borrowed it from someone else in the first place. This shit is original, I couldn't find anything to do what I wanted it to. But there's plenty of examples out there and if you are good with perl or PHP you can whip up your own in no time. But you know that...there's about 10 ways to accomplish this. I'd be interested in what "looks familiar" that sets mine apart from the 100,000 other sites that use geo-targeting in one way or another. i'd love to know...ha ha ha.
