I'd like to know as well. I have a friend who called them and they said they would have no problems processing adult as long as it's not illegal. But that's second hand. Have you spoken to them?

I did. They offer verfiied by visa and mastercard security code. This is the best part I like.

used them and still have a brick and mortar processing pad here.

they down alot lately, but its canadian bank (bank of montreal and banque national) so they are not running anywhere.

for the legal aspect i do not think billing anything adult , and membership for this would be legal, ( theyll let you do it but if you loose the merchant # your screwed for life)
