    Router question!

Hey guys I got a small question.

I see some unsecured routers in my area, when I try to connect to it, it works, and if I try to load a webpage, it asks for a username and password instead, with some information on the company or something like that, any ideas how'd I'd be able to setup something like that?

          that is right.

Here, we can access the net thru Bell Canada router ( power required, no phone line ) across most of downtown.

Ok I read up abit on what I wanna do, it's basically setting up a hotspot and give certain people a username and password... so once they are authenticated then they can surf the net
