    Mild Panic Attack!!

I fell asleep on the sofa and woke up at 6:30. Problem is, it's just as dark now at 6:30 PM as it is at 6:30 AM.

I have a flight to Vegas in the morning and I have to leave the house at 6:45AM so I'm in a total panic. I still have to clean the house, get the dogs set up, do laundry, etc. NONE of my clocks in the house tell me if it's AM or PM and my TV's on the TLC which shows the same things no matter what.

Finally I head upstairs to get my frequent flyer card so I can call and reschedule with Delta and I notice on my computer it's *PM*.

Phew - another major "she can't get any where on time" catastrophe averted

Normally it doesn't matter to me either - but when there's a plane to catch so I can go and play........

This happened another time - Tonda called me one day around 4PM. I thought it was 4AM and was asking her if everything was OK and why she calling so late

When I'm asleep, I am ASLEEP

That happened to me in Amsterdam the first time I went.

I stayed up the night before flying and ended up NOT sleeping on the flight there. I got into Amsterdam and registered at the hotel pretty early in the morning, dropped off my bags in my room and promptly took off for a smoke shop in the Red Light District.

After the requisite indulging I felt the jet lag setting in so I went back to my room, ordered room service and literally crashed!

I woke up in the dark completely discombobulated. The clock said 8:00 and had no idea if it was that night or the following morning

Had to call down to the front desk to find out it was that night!

That was the first World Telemedia Show I attended. Early days of the adult internet. Only about 20 Americans there. What a fuckin' fun trip. We tore it up!
