what's even more comical is you'll get a notice that you site is offline if it goes down for 30 sec, but then they have down time frequently..SIG TOO BIG! Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 text lines of DEFAULT SIZE and COLOR. Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, then you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60.Comment

Anybody having problems with premium recurring memberships?
I sold a few and alto they show up as sales it says i made $0
I mailed them about it a month ago they said its lag in the stats...well, the stats are lagging for 1 month now then.
I mailed again and guess what they said, its lag in the stats...i mailed them back mentioning a month is a bit much for lagging...about a week ago now, no reply.
The shaver got stuck and they dont know how to fix it i guess.Comment

Yeah I got that 'stats are not in real time" line when I asked why a site had blown out from 1:50 to 0:1500 over a week or so...
You think its time to change AVS?Comment

Maybe it's a lag in the email routing?Originally posted by Battuss

Actually - does anyone have any knowledge of whether AVS systems also shave?Comment

The recent problems with downtime are due faulty hardware at the hosting facility. Our host is in the process of putting in new hardware, and unfortunately there isn't a whole lot we can do about it until they resolve the issues on their end.
Battuss - it sounds like someone on our end may have misunderstood what you were asking about; on the recurring program, initial sales show up as $0, because the initial signup is free, and 60% of free is zero. How many signups did you refer? If it is a large number, and none of them have converted into full/paid premium memberships, then there could be something wrong. If, however, it's a relatively low number of sales, then it's probably a matter of the members you referred cancelling the premium membership before the trials ended.
There's no shaving going on; if the recurring program is not working out for you, try the $20 per initial signup option before you decide to give up on OneVerify.
Maca - I don't recall attributing the decline in your conversion ratios to the stats not being real time; is that in reference to an earlier response that you got from the support staff? We were not able to find anything wrong with your account or stats; I think it is just a matter of the ebb and flow of sales over time. You got a good run of signups on the clicks you initially sent, and now the sales are in a lull. If you aren't satisfied with the way things are going, I can understand that, but it doesn't mean that anything nefarious is being done on our part, or that there is a flaw in our stats tracking or reporting.Q. Q - yes it was the earlier response.
btw I still can't see ratio blow out from 1:50 to 0:1500 as being normal ebb and flow for a site !
I didn't suggest OV was shaving btw - just asked if anyone had any knowledges of it in the AVS arena

Fair enough. I didn't really mean to make it sound like you were accusing us of shaving, I just didn't want your conversion ratio dip to be seen as a statement supporting the notion that we shave.Originally posted by Maca

Back to the downtime problem; it appears that our host has resolved the problem they were having, and OV is back up. Sorry for the inconvenience, all!Q. BoyerComment
