It's refreshing to hear Paymode is simply a client of Fund2Go Inc. and where both are unable to present any face of transparency in dealing with client funds.

If you happen to see this post "Jollyjoe" and as alleged president of Funds2Go, - can you confirm there are also no common corporate officers or individuals in both Funds2Go Inc and Paymode and that "Piso" has no relationship to Fund2Go Inc? I'm sure you must at least be aware if this is the case.

Perhaps as clarification for the benefit of your clients - what does the above mean? You have an account at the Royal Bank of Canada? Or, is the Royal Bank of Canada acting in an escrow capacity and direct control of funds and a party who would act on behalf of creditors in the event of a problem? Which is it?

Take a look at www.funds2go.com, I have been using them to pay my models for the past two years and had very few problems. They get issues resolved fast and thats what I like.

Funds2go and paymonde are both run out of ur office in montreal...I can call +15142870009 and speak to either funds2go or paymonde... so you guys are working out of the same office...

I know they lost their mastercard account, but this can happen to anyone. As for funds2go, they were out for a couple days do to a power failure in the area. So lets lay off those guys and let them continue to pay us. If we keep making bad remarks about them, they will go out of business and we all will lose our money, AGAIN!

They are shady...very deceptive...you cant get truth from them....just look at this jollyjoe idiot...he goes on gfy pretending to be customer of funds2go when he is actually owner...he denies links to paymonde even though they work out of same office...same phone number ever! Losing mastercard only happens because they are probably not licensed to process credit cards...if they are, with which bank? Do you want ur money going to philippines for processing? I stick with ccbill, where i know where my money is...

Good to hear you are having success with them. Let me add in my to the coffer.

Probably about 2 months ago now, I had changed processors, and added in Paymonde, and CCBill to my cascade (Verotel added in later).

Now I was not too happy about having to wait a month, when CCBill was 2 weeks to get checks rolling in, but I waited. I had heard good things, and people I trust recommended them.

Well after waiting a month, my wire did not come on time. I called them, and a few days later I received my loot. They even added in the 2nd week's owed, which was a nice touch. Everything peachy.

The next few payments came as they should. Even early by a business day coming in the Friday prior. Outstanding! My Verote; does the same 90% of the time. Everything rawking. Happy as a clam.

Then they lose their MasterCard. No notice to myself, or others. Well other than a whole shitload of failed transactions showing in the reports. Um, ok. So then I talk to some friends, and they had not heard anything either. Then I ask on GFY.

A few days later, some notices show up in the control center. Now keep in mind, I e-mailed people from Paymonde the url of a link asking what was going on, so they could come in and answer (like Verotel, and CCBill often do) so they could defuse it. Especially since I was just asking, and not slamming them.

Again nada.

Then you start hearing about other webby's having issues. Not good.

Again silence.

Now if their M.C. issues are a bump in the road, and they are working on them. Fine. I had them mainly for VISA card customers anyways before adding in Verotel to the cascade.

But not answering support tickets, ICQ's, e-mails, or board postings are THEMSELVES making what could be a minor misunderstanding, into a bigger issue.

It's fairly simple. Keep myself, and merchants, paid on time, and in the loop.

if you don't want to lose your money, then reduce your traffic/joins to them gradually, over few months...why deal with processor who doesn't tell you they lose mastercard...they let you find out on your own....

one day i notice that mastercard is no longer option on my join page...they dont tell me about this...i just see that there is no more mastercard option on my join page....then, finally, the make a comment on it. They say "oh, its only technical problem with bank"... Then, after more then a WEEK, they tell us that there is no more mastercard!

These are type of guys who will lose visa/mastercard processing and not tell anybody about it...if they ever lose their processing, you will never see any money!! They will not warn you that there are problems...they will say 'oh, its technical problems...keep sending us traffic' then WHAM...they are out of business and dissappear with all your money...
