    vector graphics

    do any of you guys know anyone good at vector graphics, i have a adobe .psd file.. but i need it to be converted to a vector .eps file to have some booty shorts printed up.. the requirements are as follows:

    Suitable File format: .eps
    graphic has been converted into curves/ paths

    Size: smallest object in the graphic should be at least .06 inches
    design should be not larger than 9 inches by 9 inches

    Colour: not more than 3 colours
    no blending colours

    HELP!!!!!
