Anyone using Vanilla having issues with activation key?

I installed vanilla, was told the key would be sent, never got it. E-mailed 'em, no response. So I uninstalled the license on the vanillatgp members area, and re-installed it. Do I have to reinstall the software on the TGP now to have it send a request for an activation key or do I just have to keep waiting for some sort of response either activation key from them or support response? Anyone know?

    Cheers,

    JM

      Have you tried contacting FireFoz?

      Or try this form: http://vanillatgp.com/index.php?action=4

            Lars,

I know a lot of folks using it, but this is my first time trying it. It looks solid, and I know it's rather robust in features. Problem is, getting in touch with support so I can actually run the system live to see if my expectations are met.
