I've got a Rotti myself and I think you should yell at you idiot neighbor for allowing his own kids to tease their dog. Because by showing them a video all you are doing is teaching the kids to fear the dog - wouldn't it be better to teach them to respect it??? And that comes from the parents

Yes , that's a whole different story all together.
Fact is the kids see it as a nice cute dog .. and 3/4 of " respect " is fear..
He's not afraid of dogs , nor do I think a video will make him scared of dogs.
I do think however a good idea of what they are capable of past wagging tails and licking faces would teach him some " respect " for them
