Its not very often we make positive posts of jobs well done. This week I had a fuckin crisis with some mysql stuff and over the coarse of 2 days candid was all over the problem like shit to a blanket. The people who answer the phone at tech support had the pressence of mind to know I had a serious problem and they put a high priority on my request. Sure enough David D. came through like he always does and found the problem...Was actually on my end.

I've said before that system administration is one of those jobs where, when everything is working great, no one ever says a thing, but when things break, all hell breaks loose and EVERYONE has something to say (not good things either, usually).

Doesn't matter whether it's hosting or working as a sysad for a mainstream company dealing with their internal network...it's always the same..

I have a dedicated server @ candid here in Tampa, and it just runs. It is nice to not have to even think about your hosting. Whenever I have emailed tech support there I have always gotten a prompt response. Definately recommend them. Candid Hosting++

What kind of crisis? Hacker related? There were some vulnerabilities that mysql found out about on the 2nd or 3rd and became public yesterday.
