Problems loging into autogallery SQL

I tried logging in last night and I had some error code spit out about sql dll files missing

I contacted the host and they fixed it.

Today when I logged in..I realized I didnt have the right password to log in. This is an old instalation that hasent been touched in about a year.

I changed the htpasswd password and managed to get in.

Then I was only able to edit templates, could not do anything else at all without the access denied table showing up.

I then managed to find an "all priveledges" account login I setup long ago through a chat history with the site's owner.

After much tinkering I gave up and completely deleted all files and reuploaded with a newer version

I entered the DB login/pass/etc and when going to the control pannel I type in the admin/admin login info and it refuses it.

What could be going on?

Sounds like a bad chmod

just reinstalled again and awaiting fresh db
