    Wow, amazing. It doesn't appear to be outsourced to India. Dude is American and helpful and I can understand what he is saying.

      Technically Sony is a Japanese company and therefore you were speaking to an outsource company. You just happen to be on the other end of it this time.

      Sort of like if an Indian happens to call Dell Support.

                      Sony support is total shit here in Europe, you can not even call them without them charging your credit card first. I sold my last Sony Laptop half a year ago since I couldn't stand that shit any longer.

                          Amazing how easy they made it. Battery doesn't want to charge in my laptop. Guy said ok we'll send out another one it will be here in 2 days and no need to return the old one.

                              sony rocks,in the beginning i didnt like sony products, but they have done huge steps in quality and customer service.
