HELP: TGProtator & AT lite 3..

Someone posted a link about how to get the template file to work with AT3 and TTT. Search is broke... and i'm about to fucking go crazy.
I am using TGP Rotator from JMBsoft.com and ArrowScript's AT Lite III.
I need to know how to setup the go.php $Template and what template i should have in my index.
I wish i could remember who posted the link a while back.
