internext or negril?

Something came up and I don't know if I'll be going to Internext -

i've never done the negril show - but it sounds like it might be the way to go.

Who is Going to Negril this year?

I went to Negril on vacation early this year, I would definitely recommend going there.

Negril was "interesting"

I suggest internext over it any day. Now watching prominent players from certain billing companies Sauce up on Vikadin, shrooms, coke, etc etc etc, and then laughing as they do try to do back flips in your hotel room landing on their skulls and talking about purple fish or something.... Now THAT was funny.

feeling like you were gonna be mugged every time you left the hotel... not cool.

On the bright side on the last day of the trip the college students come in... YUM there were some hotties.

On the bright side, I met some great ppl there, especially everyone from lightspeed cash who are really great guys!

You must have had the wrong cab driver man...i had the Dokk approved cab driver everywhere I went and had no issues at all.

The billing rep was funny as hell though.

Too bad I dont have the video of him anymore... hehehe that was the funniest thing I ever saw. Best part was when he came back later that night, Totally miffed, and eats all our food, then wanders off again w/o a single word.

i was just talking to him in Vegas at the Cybernet show and re-living some of it with him...i don't think he was planing on going back again this Feb....lol

The cab driver Raggamuffin is cool as shit!!

We got in early, and rag took us to the hotel, I said my other guy isn't getting in till tonight since he's coming from europe.

Rag, make sure you are there to pick him up at 11:pm, rag said np Mon, I gave him a 100.00 for his time,

sure enough, Peter get to the suite around 1am, rag took care of him, and gave him an ounce of killer bud for free ))

At Internext you'll meet a lot of people, but it's hard to have a decent conversation standing on the show floor, or shouting over the music at a club. Also it's a lot of faces, a lot of cards, and not a lot of time. If you've also got a booth, it's a lot of stress.

Negril is a whole lot longer, more relaxing, and beatiful. There are far fewer people there compared to Internext, but by the time you leave you'll at least be able to put a name to the face of all of them. I think Negril gives you better opportunities to work out deals.

I know Lightspeed is coming back in force this year, and Dokk is a great help... "Anyting you need, mon". I hope to see BT and Rocki from TCG, Zebra, VirtuMike, Tonja from GoodThinxx, Aly and Manson from Python, and I think Cynd & Loki are gonna make it... I'm sure there will be a 'Negril Rollcall' thread in late January.

Been to the Negril Bash every year so far. Won't be missing this one mon! Despite the insanity that goes on there I always come home with new contacts and have made money from every trip so far.

Going to Internext also. Can't miss the big show!
