I hate to do this but i want what we purchased. We purchased 11 scenes from you guys over a month ago. This is after going back and forth beforehand with a sales rep on icq and emails in regards to which scenes have 2257 docs. So we are waiting and and waitng for delivery, come to find out we are not getting a link to download, but instead they were being shipped. We were told 3 business days, 3 business days. We kept asking, why does it take so long to get a link to download, and they kept saying " we try to get to the orders as fast as we can". 5 days later we were told, you picked to have it shipped, lol. Why couldnt someone have told us that the whole time we were asking for a download link ? Hey no big deal shit happpens.
So the videos finally arrive (sent to the pobox that was on the billing for the credit card, via ups, so that causes more problems). Once I get them I notice there are no 2257 docs with them. I call your office you guys say sorry bla bla we will get this to you in a few hours. 2 days later still waiting i call back and in a few hours i got a link for documents. BUT there were 2257 docs for ONLY 8 of the 11 scenes we purchased. AFTER SOMEONE TOLD ME ALL THESE SCENES HAD 2257 DOCS BEFORE WE PURCHASED THEM. So on September 8 i email you guys back and tell you what new scense to replace them out with. No reply by emal. I also sent a email last night at this time as well. Still no reply.
Today i make a post looking for content sure enough a WWC rep hits me up. I tell him we are not buying any more content from them till our first order is filled. I go into details with him and he says " it will be done in a few hours" .
That was 12 hours ago and still no 2257 docs which means im still out 3 scenes i cant use. Granted you guys gave me a good price but i rather have paid more and not have gone thru all this hassle. So lets get this issue straignted out cause i am really startin to get a bad taste in my mouth with your company.
We purchased 11 scense on August 10th, over 1 month later I am still getting the run around, and no one gets back to me inregards to the content i already purchased. No 2257 docs for them is as good as not even having sent it to me in the first place. BUT you guys reply to my post on gfy where i am looking to purchase content in a matter of minutes ? What's up with that ?
