when you purchase adwords does google crawl your site and include it in the index? or do they just put you in the search results for the adwords? cuz it could be worth spending a bit of money to get listed faster and getting guarenteed click throughs as well

Ad words, In my experience is a pain in the ass, you have to keep a CTR of 1%, which for adult is tough to do, with a little ad on the side of the page, unless you only have a few VERY targeted keywords....
