My god, he has to be fucking around. Surely nobody is that stupid. Regardless, it's good for a laugh. What a silly bastard. EVERYONE knows if you're going to watercool a computer, you have to use Evian or Perrier and seal the case up with bathtub caulk, then coat the motherboard with headlight grease. Replacing the standard wires inside with wireless cable is also not a bad idea.I like pie.Comment

Here's a few more tech desk nightmares:
User: "I just set up my computer and the fucking thing won't turn on!"
Tech: "Ok, is your computer plugged into a power socket?"
User: "WHAT THE FUCK? Do you think I'm some kind of goddamn idiot that I don't know to plug this fucking thing in? I should bring this piece of shit to your office and shove it up your ass! You stupid motherfuckers sell me a computer that doesn't work and you expect me to take your insults??? I'm calling my lawyer and suing the fucking shit out of you!!!"
Tech: "Sir, I understand how you feel, but this is a more common and simple mistake than you might think. Could you please just check to make sure your computer is plugged in, and if you're using a power bar, make sure it's turned on?"
User: "Click"
This woman called my buddy who worked the tech desk for OAsys computers asking why her keyboard didn't work after she washed it. She made sure to use mild dish soap and rinsed it several times to make sure it was cleaned of soap and let it dry in her dish rack overnight. The keyboard still wouldn't work so she rinsed it again and let it dry overnight...
Then there was the guy that couldn't understand why his fucking fax modem wouldn't work, he dialed the right number, got an answer on the other end, held his page up to the screen and hit enter 10 FUCKING TIMES and it still wouldn't send his fax!!!
