I need a new link exchange script,,

too many issues with cheaters so I need a different link exchange script.

I am trying to run & develop close to 100 sites, so automated link trading helps free up some time for more important things,

I need a script capable of the following

1) Will check submitted site for backlink prior to adding site
2) will check submitted site for page rank & reject any below certain value
3) will scan page for list of banned words
4) will log IP address & reject any submission via proxy
5) will not add link until email validation confirmed
6) will check backlinks daily & delete those where linkback not found
7) will not add links where recip is on different page than submitted
8) will automatically delete links that do not send any traffic in a 72 hour period
9) will run a whois & reject any submission with private registration
10) must have admin where I can enter list of banned domains so any future submissions from these domains will be rejected.. ie: free hosts,

first off, dont trade with losers you dont know, why would you let anyone add themselves without doing a research on the sites.

trade with well established blogs, if you establish a relationship with large blog owners, then you wont have to worry about people cheating.
