... you normally deal with the two managing partners personally, and one of them AIMs you and tells you that effective immediately you need to mail your payments to his home address as the other partner no longer handles billing issues... then you call the other partner and he says to mail them to his home office, and not to listen to anything the other one says and furthermore he dosent want the other one handling money right now and then asks you to send an AIM log of the conversation you had with the first partner.

I have looked at your site a couple of times before... but your prices on dedicated are not at all competitive and the boxes low end IMHO. Your colo is another story... but I'd need more than 2 IPs and I need to know about bandwidth prices and payment methods.

I'm with Brad, OC3 has some of the lower prices on the market.

Regardless, if they're arguing over where to send payment then they may not have a legal partnership to begin with, which isn't good. And if their partnership IS legal, its fair to suspect that it will dissolve very soon and they'll both lose everything they have. Partnerships don't break up, they disappear.

i agree. ive worked exclusively with people i consider close friends for the last 5 years or so and we've never had a moments trouble.

we all want to make money together and we dont get greedy. thats the answer to everything.

Experinced webmasters (like those found in adult) DO cost a host less to service and thus should pay less. They dont ask stupid questions about thier crappy CGI scripts, they dont call in bantering that the OS is broke because of something they did to it, they dont call in insisting the server is offline when its really a problem with thier ISP. I really wish hosts would offer "supportless" plans because what ends up happening is those of us who know what we're doing get to pay for those that dont.

This is true.

I do want to have a plan B, but I am not really THAT worried. I have watched this build of the last couple of years, its been quite commical actually. The partner that I trust more than the other says everything is fine, he is trying to get the other two partners to buy his share out and then he is gonna go start his own thing. (There is a third partner, a sneaky little Jew lawyer that I never deal with simply because I have those two).
