I would like to thank you for making this thread, it is a real eye opener.
I just spoke with ccbill and nothing was effected by the 0 on rebills ( as they are all going through NATS )
However, I also found out this:
because i only set the rebill to 0 and not the initial sale, you or any affiliate were paid not only by me ( E4A ) but also paid by ccbill for the same sale.
Again, thanks for making this clear to me
Hmmm...you sure about this?????????????
Is this on all affiliate accounts or just old ccbill ones?

Well I was thinking that already..I wanted to make a post about this, but I thought I was probably stupid, and it was set correct...
For example the affiliate ID ******, under program details in the tools section, says (zero) rebills. At their website FAQ: http://******.com
they say 50% of rebills. So I wondered if '(zero) rebills' means
unlimited or just zero. This makes me confused.
Their reply:
Dear Affiliate,
Yes, the 'zero' rebills means unlimited.
Meanwhile I had more than enough traffic to qualify for some rebills, but still no rebill....
