We did get alot of contacts, however very few of them were legally compliant with the NEW laws.
So here is attempt #2 with full details & requirements.
We are very interested in licensing movie content but can't seem to find anybody who has their 2257 / 4472 matters in order. As stated in the law that recently passed, we can no longer be considered a "secondary producer" and must have all information available and living on our servers.
Please do not contact us about content unless your titles are 100% compliant.
Our requirements:
* Title.
* Valid I.D's (I.D's MUST be valid on or before the DATE of PRODUCTION).
* I.D's for EVERY performer (non-sex excluded).
* I.D's MUST be readable. Picture clear, name and dates legible.
* Model Release form. (D.O.P / stage name / real name).
* Extra information such as number of scenes, and scene list would be nice but not mandatory.
* Titles delivered on DVD / Mini DV / DV Cam / or encoded to our specs (preferable).
All parties with potential content must send us their 2257 material before we agree to any purchase.
