i recently started promoting aff ,cost per click shit.

i basically average 8 males to 3 female free sign ups aday.

my question is:

how on earth 1 day it says i made about XX.XX , then a few hours later the profit drops hard for that day?

it says daily revenue will drop because of chargebacks....but to this extent?

something is fishy here and it aint my girls pussy. If i knew i had the traffic that would pay for shit, i would be selling them membership to something else!

anyone have similiar experiences?

does aff have a stats to show us people how many people actually bought memberships and how many charged back? and if not, how come? all other programs show when chargebacks occur.

from over 20,000 uniques / 384 m - 150 f sign ups, i make a lousy 75 bucks?

they probably did chargeback after finding out 95% of AFF is all fake profiles... its not you, or your traffic, but AFF, i suggest switching to datinggold.com, sexsearchcom.com or amateurmatch.com

Traffic Quality : 103 uniques per FREE signup

Important: if your traffic produces less than 1 FREE signup in 20 visitors your account may be converted into a "percentage payout" account at anytime after you've sent 500 uniques or 3 days. The same is true if it produces less than 1 paying membership in 25 FREE signups. We had to do this to keep sites from cheating or putting our banners in "inappropriate" sites. This has only affected less than 3% of our affiliates who are paid on a cost per click.

Their email Response:

Dear Member,

Thanks for the email. In checking the account, we show that you are currently not meeting the required ratios of the Option I Per Click Program. In order for an affiliate to be paid out on this program, their traffic must produce less than 1 FREE signup in 20 visitors as well as less than 1 paying membership in 25 FREE signups.

Currently your account has 1 free sign up in 104 visitors and 0 paying memberships in 25 free signups.

Unfortunately we can not pay out your account at this time. Your account will ultimately be converted to the Option II Percentage Program unless these ratios improve.

If you have any other questions, please feel free to reply to this email.


About your question on stats send us a copy of the stats page from two days so we can compare them.

Heres my issues:

1. Since I have not had any paying members, then why were the daily stat totals fluctuating drastically as if i was recieving chargebacks.

2. If im not meeting the requirements and will be " converted" why then wasnt i converted yet.

3. Why do they not clearly tell you THEY WILL NOT PAY OUT UNLESS YOU MEET THE REQUIREMENTS

4. if people promoting their programs are not meeting the requirements, then whats the point of putting daily revenue in their stats if they are not going to be paid out?


The purpose of this post is not to gossip, cause trouble nor bad mouth people/companies....Purpose is to get clarity and to help others.

Since their official response is i will not be paid, i will be spending the next 20 minutes removing all their scripts , replacing it with a banner clearly stating that any firm associated with friendfinder.com has questionable policies, member services and questionable marketing practices.

I am not knocking any of the other programs.. They may do great..

But we have been with aff for around 7 years and I know how to work it like the back of my hand... and I KNOW.. they convert like crazy.. If you do it right .

1. Could be because you were moving between the different payout bands. The rate changes based a ratio of free joins to uniques.

2. Someone has to press a button?

3. They do - Its on the bottom of the stats pages, in a nice bold box so you will see it.

4. See above. It says clearly you need to meet the requirements.


Im on about $7.00 per free profile ATM on the % prog, and they are still rebilling. That will go even further - I would say about $10 a free, no cc sign up - That cant be beaten

The % prog is the way to go.....
