Input on Flash Communication Server please?

I am hoping to get some input on Flash Communication Server. Pros and Cons would be nice. The more the better. Who is all using it? How is the speed? Buffering?

Flash streaming is the future!
Like 98% of the users have flash, only 80% Windows Media Player.
The quality of flash video is the same as wmv.

The server is expensive yes, but so is a windows streaming server.

The posibilities with flash are endless though, you can for example implement your own cusom made DRM system, you can use it for chatrooms, webcam apps, and much, much more.
