New encoding...your thoughts?

We are starting a new encoding process of our videos which are shot in wide screen (16:9). What we would like to know is what you guys think is the best screen size to encode at. We are planning to encode at 1.5mb per sec. What are your thoughts?

Drinks sounds good to me.. you gotta go with atleaset 640x360, that should be perfect at 1.5mbs.. Our 1000k streams are 600x450
