Talk to the guys on the link I posted... I bet they can set you up pretty easy for bulk dealings. We test ordered and from date of order to the goods getting here was under 10 days. ;-)

I have 7 DVDs on the stock now but can sell DVD copy each between 6-9 USD , 500 pieces minimum order.No master just resell license - you place order I will send out 500 DVDs for example
