what do i do with those emails ?

Those can be a great source for new signups, they have proven that they will whip out the credit card Don't sell them off to anyone, they then become spam But you can email to them for your own purpose, maybe come up with a new paysite, or offer them a % discount to come back as a member.

actually he didnt say they had unsubscribed from a paysite. If he had enough signups to have 100K people who had unsubscribed from his paysite I doubt he would be having to ask what to do with them. Most likely unsubscribes from a free site.

Very true, if they are unsubscribing from your free site where you spam the shit out of them everyday to make then NO you shouldn't do anything with them, leave the poor bastards alone
